If you are not sure if your insurance will cover your treatment, it is best to give your insurance company a call and check to see if you are covered for chiropractic treatments.
• Ask if you have a deductible, co-pay or co-insurance.
• And if you need a referral (it is very rare but it is best to ask)
• Always ask for the name of the person you talk to and for the reference # of your call (to protect you)
